Pros
Working at DSD Labs has been a terrible experience. They offer no bonuses, no salary raises, and the management is completely unorganized. Leadership expects you to do their work, and when something goes wrong, they’ll point the finger at you. They have no regard for your career growth or work-life balance. You’re expected to be glued to your computer for at least 8 hours straight, and if you step away, be prepared to be watched.
When you’re hired, they just throw you into the deep end, expecting you to "swim" even if you have no idea what you’re doing. Their processes are some of the worst I’ve seen, and they make changes every few weeks because things keep failing. Expect to be bombarded with hundreds of emails and attend endless meetings, all while trying to do your actual work. Leadership only cares about kissing up and won’t support the team at all.
If you don’t care about your career growth, salary, or self-worth, then this is the company for you. But if you do, run far away. DSD Labs operates like it just discovered technology, with outdated processes that waste your time by making you repeat tasks over and over. Overall, a truly frustrating and disorganized place to work.
Cons
No salary increase or bonuses
No career support and very little vacation or sick time
Insurance is just okay
Very high turnover — I've seen people leave after literally just a few days
