8yThank you for taking the time to leave us a positive review. We are happy to know that you find DSL an interesting place to start out with and that there are lots of possibilities to try new things in several different departments. The great thing about being a small-medium size company is that it’s important to fill each position with the best person and sometimes the best person might be in the wrong seat of the bus, so moving them into the right seat is top priority and becomes a win-win situation.
Yes we have free ice cream and coffee! I’m sorry to read that it seems that management doesn’t always listen to employees, especially about things that employees have lots of experience in. We will take this advice and make sure that every manager understands that each of our employees has a lot to bring to the table and their opinions are valuable and always worth listening to. We will do a better job at communicating this to everyone in the company. We have recently put an operating system in place to prioritize our customers better as well as creating realistic expectations for them.
We strive to not only meet our customers’ expectations but exceed them in each and every interaction. We are only successful when our customers are successful!
