-They do a lot for the community and for clients (and their DSPs) a lot of wonderful experiences.
Cons
I suppose my only con would be a recent issue with communication about CEUs, not from any one employee, but in general. There had been an email earlier in the year about changes to CEUs and more opportunities, but I personally felt like there wasn't enough follow-up. I would love for them to send out a quarterly email with a list of courses or trainings they are running (i.e., First Aid/CPR), as well as emails for any updated changes with things like CEUs through Workday. I had to email them after I received an email from Workday saying their arrangement was changing and that it wouldn't be available for CEUs. After emailing, they were able to help me get that figured out, and not long after, they sent out a company email with some training modules they had made. It worked out in the end, but I would prefer a more proactive approach to those things.
