      Pros

      overall not many, moving to cargo-wise so the system will be better.

      Cons

      employee's are over-worked and under paid, senior mgmt pay's themselves well, but them pressures the staff to work harder so their (upper mgmt) bonuses will be larger.

      Pros

      * Great benefits, medical, dental, vision and options for 401K /ROTH IRA. * Opportunities to grow and learn within the CO. * Once a week , on certain days, fruits & bagels provided.

      Cons

      * Unfortunately, have to deal with politics in the office, specifically clicks that management , majorly favored . Not just a few employees many are favored even if another associate is doing exemplary , they will get looked over.
