      se voce trabalhar horas e horas a fio e o seu supervisor gostar de voce pode ter oportunidade de crescimento

      excesso de trabalho por funcionario, metade dos funcionarios tomam antidepressivos, varios já se ausentaram por burnout. O Gerente da filial nao sabe (ou finge) que nao sabe de nada. Nao quero contratar entao sobrecarregam os funcionarios

      Pros

      * Great benefits, medical, dental, vision and options for 401K /ROTH IRA. * Opportunities to grow and learn within the CO. * Once a week , on certain days, fruits & bagels provided.

      Cons

      * Unfortunately, have to deal with politics in the office, specifically clicks that management , majorly favored . Not just a few employees many are favored even if another associate is doing exemplary , they will get looked over.
