Good place to learn how to take shortcuts, do the minimum possible for the clients, you’ll definitely meet a lot of people there as it’s a revolving door for about 30-40 people each month.

Cons

They treat people as unworthy, the core management are a group of used car sales-mans, low pay grades, no benefits other than the chipset insurance they could find.

I worked as an intern but I think the pay was o.k. for most employees.

Cons

There was a major discrepancy between company vision and actual treatment of homeowner clients. All managers (and super interns) are expected to stay very late at times. There are way too many managers micromanaging and not enough boots on the ground.
