Pros
The atmosphere around the company is good. They have great benefits as all phone companies do. They pay above average in the area they are located in. I worked here longer ago than 2012, but I couldn't get that option.
Cons
It is out in the boondocks, so to speak. If you want a quite rural life, it is great. They have a board that is elected by the cooperative and sometimes jobs are political.
