As DTCC leadership changed unfortunately so did the culture. They took the diversity hiring way too far. Hiring and promoting based on diversity profile led to some very poor senior leadership hires, especially in IT. Too much turnover, constant layoffs of very good people. Has an odd culture, if you are in with certain key leaders you are in. If you are not in the 'club' then your time will eventually come to an end. The top leadership just changed, and well look at the recent hiring trends, tons of existing employees are being let go with new leadership bringing on their own known contacts from previous companies. The layoffs are every year.
