Decent parties with celebrities, pretty relaxed office rules (dress code, arrival time in the morning etc). Pretty accommodating with special vacation time.
Cons
Where to begin....pretty much the worst move you will make in your career should you choose to accept a position here. There is no real work to do anymore, due to the CEO having driven away almost all of his clients, and sabotaging most relationships. He usually comes to the office under the influence of something, and most days cannot formulate actual sentences. Your day will quite literally consist of being locked in a conference room for hours on end while you re-write the same proposal letter for MONTHS ON END, day after day. If you are a female, seriously good luck holding onto your dignity, self respect, and any confidence you have in yourself. He makes it his business to emotionally destroy his young female employees - and then goes onto fire them for no reason , and trash their reputation to future potential employers. DO NOT work here if you do not want to be emotionally and verbally abused, and digress in your career and confidence. I would advise that nobody should work for this company, but I very strongly advise that no young women should work for this company.
