Horrendous Company - Manager DUKA Property Management Employee Review

Very friendly co-workers. The pay can be great.

DUKA Property Management has leaders who are either incompetent or lazy. Many of our leaders are terrible at decision-making, and we are sometimes forced to ignore their decisions because they're just awful. Some of them are decently experienced, but also just too lazy to provide proper guidance to the employees.

While the team and work environment were generally positive, one major downside was the compensation. Despite consistent performance and commitment, there was little to no salary growth or adjustment after a full year. This made it difficult to feel valued or motivated long-term.
