The only Pro is once you are good at tale telling, the Plant leader & his larky will find ways to always make your Job relevant. The US (head office) has good plans but the Barrie Plant always presents a false view

Lots of Cons, gossip, back biting ,mirco managing, Just think of it,

if you fit the work place culture, it can be a good feeling palce ot work
