Pros
It's true that the team you work with are easy to get along with and good folks.
Cons
There's high turnover, long work weeks, weekend work, not enough time to do projects, and poor mentoring. The bonus structure needs some real work. It's nice to get off early on Fridays, but don't count on it because it really never happens. Think long and hard about relocating for this company.
