Additionally, there is potential to utilize on-bench resources more effectively by creating internal projects, which could boost morale and skill development during downtime.

      Thank you for the 4-star review, however it would seem you have the wrong company. DWS is an Australian IT consultancy, do not have a 'Director of Finance' role, and have no staff in the USA.
