Team members are frequently required to perform tasks outside their defined roles and responsibilities, along with consistent overtime, which has negatively impacted morale, productivity, and work-life balance. The Reporting Manager appears to be primarily focused on chasing a management role, often at the cost of team development, individual growth, and maintaining a healthy work culture.
