1099 commission only and they are very demanding of your time. I was expected to drive 100mile roundtrip to training that was on zoom. Literally had to leave my house at 6am and drive to a zoom call. There was supposed to be a $4k sign on bonus, never got a clear answer how/when I would receive bonus. "Yeah yeah it's dolled out over time." I never received a direct answer or anything in writing about the bonus.
Pushy sales tactics and really shady discount structure for customers, it is a conflict of interest for sales people to do right by the customer. You're literally supposed to make the customers over pay in order for you to get paid.
Trainer was like being talked at by a condescending high school teacher who treats you like you're stupid.
I'm in my 40s have a long sales career, DaBella is a very unethical company and I have seen used car dealers with a lot more integrity.
