Pros

Relatively flexible schedule, good pto and benefits package

Cons

Pay was way to low for the type of care provided and the hours worked, was supposed to get weekend differential pay and never received any, high and sometimes unsafe patient to tech ratio, poor work place morale, high burn out rate.

Pros

Depending on location and your clinic, leadership team is incredibly supportive, which keeps the day-to-day work environment relatively stress-free. Having the independence to manage your own scheduling also allows for an excellent work-life balance.

Cons

The initial onboarding and training programs are highly disorganized and lack substance. Additionally, standard pay raises are quite low and do not feel competitive relative to the workload and current market value.
