Pros

The flexiblility offered is one of the reasons I stayed so long. The other teammates and of course the patients kept me involved in trying to change the process. Ultimately, I saw there was no use.

Cons

The FA's, DVP's ROD's, on up all talkmthe game of "all for one," and that one is the CEO Kent Thiry. He earns bonuses of 3 times his annual salary ($1.01 million) annually, and expects emplees to jump for joy when we earn a few hundred bucks in bonuses every year, There is no retirement, no pension, no matching 401k, and DON'T YOU DARE MENTION IT!!

Pros

Depending on location and your clinic, leadership team is incredibly supportive, which keeps the day-to-day work environment relatively stress-free. Having the independence to manage your own scheduling also allows for an excellent work-life balance.

Cons

The initial onboarding and training programs are highly disorganized and lack substance. Additionally, standard pay raises are quite low and do not feel competitive relative to the workload and current market value.
