Pros

My supervisor is great. Most of the supervisors tend to over look issues and do not listen to their teammates. My supervisor may not be able to change anything but she does listen and seems to understand what is going on

Cons

Under paid and over worked. I have technically been "promoted" 5 different times, with a change of title and additional work each time with no pay increase. Since the beginning of Jan probably over 20 people have quit. Multiple people have quit without having another job in hand because they would rather be unemployed than continue to work for a department that see's the moral is down, see's that they are overworking their employees but does NOTHING about it. It's disheartening to think that hard work does not actually pay off.

Pros

Patient connections is rewarding work, great hands on experience, paid on the job training, training for PCTs is at least consistent.

Cons

12+ hour long hours, emotionally and physically taxing, unqualified management, poor communication, inconsistent scheduling, high turn over, very little amount of opportunity for movement within the company despite preaching that they encourage it. The culture and values are heavily spoken about with little to no enforcement. The position requires significant dedication to learn all the moving parts of the clinic.
