Pros
Sadly, there are no pros.
Cons
-Benefits are terrible. At a corporate level you have to accrue for pto, sick AND holidays. You do not get paid holidays off. You have to accrue to cover them or take them unpaid. Insurance and 401k benefits are just blah. -Worst management I’ve ran into in over 15 years. I actually LOST skills in my time here. -Expect you to work over the weekend even if there are holidays or family celebrations. -Upper management does nothing to support you and is not aware how management treats you day to day. -I actually was expected to share hotel rooms while on business travel. Unheard of and an HR nightmare. -They try to sell you on the wacky culture. It’s cult like and only assumes a sink or swim environment. If you are established in your career, do not come here. -Actually had a manager say I ask too many questions. The collaboration and career development is nonexistent. -When on company wide calls it is clear the ceo only cares about people at the dialysis center level. The corporate level doesn’t matter.
