WOW where do I start - when you interview it is one story about growth but then when you start it is another story, the village as they love to call it is a sick city. They continously hire management from outside the company that have zero experience and have to be taught every aspect of healthcare - but senior management can control them and they won't argue back because they are clueless - but they make the decisions and the big bucks! Senior management - Director and above do not follow all the core values and they constantly are engaged in inappropriate behavior with no consequences

Pros

Patient connections is rewarding work, great hands on experience, paid on the job training, training for PCTs is at least consistent.

Cons

12+ hour long hours, emotionally and physically taxing, unqualified management, poor communication, inconsistent scheduling, high turn over, very little amount of opportunity for movement within the company despite preaching that they encourage it. The culture and values are heavily spoken about with little to no enforcement. The position requires significant dedication to learn all the moving parts of the clinic.
