Pros
Competitive salary with housing allowance.
Excellent coordinator and supportive staff
Well-developed program
Beautiful campus
Full-time employment is only working 4 days a week, for a total of 13 hours plus 4 office hours.
Two months of vacation in both the winter and summer
Cons
The university is a little far removed from Daegu city proper, and is nearer the small town of Hayang, so commute time can be around 40 minutes to an hour for people wanting to live in the city. Also, teachers share an office with about 10 other staff members, and so it can be hard to get work done sometimes due to chatter. Otherwise, there weren't too many cons.
