You get a paycheck, but you can easily make more elsewhere.

Insurance costs are insanely out of line with other employers, leadership had no personal skills and communication, when there is any, has no direction and forward thinking behind it. I cannot believe this company is still in business after the CEO (NS) was hired, my guess is either the doors will close or she will not be around much longer. Her underlings follow her lead, which consists of bitter responses to legitimate questions about why she runs the business the way she does. Like the other comment here, I too have seen/heard her regularly chastise employees IN PUBLIC and during conference calls, with an audience! Do your self a favor and look elsewhere.
