Pros
The culture of DSI is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely patient-focused. People here are talented, honest, and kind. There is enough focus on innovation to be future-oriented, but not in a way that gets caught up in trends. The organization is large enough to provide lots of opportunities, without being so large it's crushed under it's own weight. Lower turnover gives you a chance to really know your colleagues and build strong teams. The leadership has a strong, clear vision that doesn't falter with every market condition. Most importantly the products provide a reason to believe and a sense of purpose and pride to be a part of the organization. Overall DSI is a really excellent place to work.
Cons
The organization can be a little slow moving and stuffy, very conservative in terms of risk. Can be slow to promote.
