No territory structure and hence any worthwhile client claimed by senior sales rep irrespective of location. I was given 9 limping accounts in all of Austin and instructed to close one upon receiving it. Leadership is vague and passive aggressive with no field support. Other than 2 weeks of structured training you are largely left to fin for yourself in figuring out both the role and an extremely complicated Sales Force process. This would be surmountable with open communication and positive leadership but both were non-existent. Understaffed technicians (which is not Daikin's fault) creates a backlog of customers waiting service, hence huge commission delays for Sales team On more than 2 occasions middle management openly criticizes their manager within my first month of hiring Alignment of sales vision of company,-do you apply Sandler Sales training or not?
