Pros
Awesome co-workers that becomes friends. Flexible work hours and a great work life balance, you can also bring your dog to work. The occasional beer party and IHOP fridays once a month.
Cons
Little to no opportunities for growth. Performance reviews were rarely on-time or even given for that matter. The closer you are with certain people (cliques) the better your opportunity to grow becomes. It seemed that if you wanted to get a promotion you were better off leaving to a new agency.
