Interesting and fast paced work in a union environment.

Working with those who were in the union and felt they could slack because of seniority leaving the conciencious employee to do ALL or most of the work. I was told by my manager to not take as many calls because my average was double what the long time employees was and that it was making them look bad. Geez!

This is a great company to work for. Great staff and good senior management. They have competitive pay and good benefits.

Company operates in a very competitive environment and as such is very cost conscious. there weren't really any major cons.
