Pros
At one time a terrific, if slightly gonzo, regional paper. Fun creative staff. Great coverage of local professional and high school sports and a really superior group of photographers for a paper its size.
Cons
The contraction in the newspaper business, always tough to go thorough, has been especially brutal here. Nothing matters but the bottom line. Nice to make money of course, but there is no quality or experience left in any department.
