Pros
1. good process of recruitment (thankful for being handpicked by Recruiter/Eléonore who turned to be positive person that can really describe the good about the company) 2. great teamwork (although most of the team are speaking French, but it is a teamwork that strives and works hard to get better in communication) 3. cool and nice boss (this may be bias and personal and 'localized' to my team, but after all, I have what many employees look for, to have a good boss. Employees are not looking for good jobs but they are searching for great bosses/leaders) 4. Compensation is very relative, depending on the responsibilities and personal preference and needs, but overall it is satisfactory, but more is always better for everyone I assume 5. Family-friendly and a balanced work-life environment.
Cons
All the nice things I mentioned are by no means perfect, there are flaws, improvements to be made, but which places/companies/teams do not? so overall I could say this is the dream place to be where a common betterment should be done in each an every area.
