Sometimes seems a lot is going on in the office, tough to get work done if people are socializing in common areas. No cons I experienced were specific to company leadership. Loved every second here!

They pay very well for base.

They will fire you for no reason without any warning. They only favor toward French people and fire minorities very fast. They do not pay commissions and make it difficult to achieve commissions. The product is fake and does not offer value to any agency or client. It is probably the worst company I’ve ever worked for and the turnover rate is high because they don’t keep people and people quit.
