Working with the clients, being their advocate for their paycheck

Cons

So many. Don’t give enough hours for sick/personal/vacation time when you need a break from work without feeling like you’re about to get fired for not wanting to show up and using all your hours. Insurance sucks. Need to file paperwork every single time for sick/personal/vacation. Have to clock in and out at certain times. Vocational instructors and supportive staff needs to be paid more than administrative staff because they are the ones that are dealing with the clients.

There are none they treat employees like trash they act as if your a toy or dog they don't know how to treat a person they fire you for nothing

Cons

Don't ever work for this company they lie to you fire you for no reason make work crazy hours are rude I was sexual harresed by a manager they did nothing about it
