Cons
The upper management has created so many processes that the time wasted is blamed on the employees. The high turnover in the finance department due to poor and negative management causes mass delays and requires retraining of new incoming employees continuously. The negative management style is damaging except for one manager that was positive and motivating but was only managing a few in the finance department. Why they don’t make her manager over all finance is beyond me. Instead I hear they hired a new manager with a huge ego and has no idea how to manage people. This company will continue to have high turnover until they learn how to manage people in a healthy and positive way.
