      Pay was decent. Fun area to be apart of. Exciting job. They are open to you moving to other departments.

      Cons

      High turn over. Hard to get well-deserved raises. Management doesn't really care about your mental health. Previous owner, now regional manager, has disgusting views on women and mental health. When issues with other coworkers are brought to managements attention they will just point out where you went wrong in the situation and not change anything.

      Not terribly busy/much to do.

      Cons

      Lowest paid Harley Davidson dealership. Don't expect management to care about you. You will be replaced/let go if budget benefits from it no matter how long you've worked for the company. Numbers based. Lots of favoritism and poor management between the two different companies who own the store.
