employees are expected to take on significant responsibilities despite receiving minimal training. If anything goes missing in the store, the staff is held financially accountable. The passport being held in the HO and you have to go to Dubai from cities where you work to take it if you go on leave or embassy visit( will be deducted from your salary)
Salary increments are nonexistent, even for those who have been with the company for five years. In some cases, a manager’s salary may even be lower than that of a newly hired sales assistant. Employees face extremely high sales targets with no end-of-year bonuses as a reward for their efforts. The uniform being given for 2 years , and they change it after 3, so you have to buy your own and spend money. Not allowed to sit especially in boutique segment . Very difficult to take a vacation or split into several parts . Constant stock counts which affects on the working day .
