      Pros

      The Monday thru Friday hours are great.

      Cons

      You can't trust anyone from the top to the bottom. They drill their Shared Values but they never practice them in any way. The have meetings to talk about meetings but rarely get anything done and the management is filled with people that don't have anyour idea of what they are doing. The buddy system runs all thru this company and if you say anything about one of them or say something about something that needs to be fixed you will end up getting fired. I'm looking for another job and I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here.

I’m concerned about your feelings regarding the lack of practiced Shared Values and would like to speak with you directly to fix this issue. The senior leadership team realizes we need to do a better job cascading information through the company and have focused on ways to better improve communication methods.       Pros

      Damuth Trane is a family-owned company and provided me with a foundation for success in my professional career. I was able to work autonomously on many projects and appreciated the leadership style I found there. There is a strong base of Shared Values that is practiced among the leadership and I truly appreciated that.

      Cons

      There was limited growth for me personally but the company is wonderful for technicians and engineers who are looking for a solid career in commercial HVAC and energy solutions.

      Family atmosphere and great coworkers

      Cons

      Training was almost nonexistent for my role. Kept being told that it was ok that I didn't have anything to do, then was let go after my 1 year review.
