Pros

Very nice people, good work/life balance

Cons

No remote options, 4 days in office, pay is below industry standard, lack of process and can be disorganized, automotive is a tough industry right now. Leadership tries it's best, but they're team is also a mess so it's the blind leading the blind.

Pros

FMLA was standard and they were accommodating to pumping mothers. A standard 4 day 10hr shift that was doable Unionized Held safety meetings

Pros

Hard to be fired, good benefits, double time Sundays.

Cons

No room to grow. Pay scale is a tier system based on a union contract that we negotiate every 3-5 years and the raises are never more than a dollar or two. They offer apprenticeships that you only get if you are related to someone and have some kind of friend up front. Qualifications mean nothing you learn more you do more and get paid less than then the tier 1 employees which makes the newer highers also not want to work so you will be in limbo working harder for nothing.
