Pros
After coming from a job that I was just a number in a big company and not recognised for my work and achievements, i can only say Danbro by far is not that sort of company. You are not just part of a team getting on with your day to day job but your part of a growing family. I always know what my expectations are and also the companies and am supported in everyway possible to acheive the best i can be - and after working for a big company with the directors being sat there behind closed doors not interacting with staff the directors at danbto are open and honest and will tell you what is going on and what needs to be done - and their doors actually are open. It is a pleasure to be part of this family and I can only hope that it gets bigger in time.
