Pros
There are a lot of great talented people that work for the company and they can be fun to be around during work and after work. I have found a few great friends throughout the years. Good benefits package and salary is competitive.
Cons
The lack of staff from time to time causes the team to be unable to accomplish tasks on schedule. However, it is understandable since the company is small, so that's to be expected.
