Pros
No idea what other people are talking about. Maybe it's the division you go into but the people I worked with felt like family. These people were the best! I knew I could go to my supervisor to vent if I was stressed on any particular day. She would offer to help us QA's out ALL the time and so would our manager. We all did things for each other without expecting anything in return because we cared about each other. It wasn't about Dane Street - it was about the people you worked with. IT is on point, it's all remote, the equipment they send you is great, and they communicate really well as a company.
Cons
The ONLY cons I can think of come from just a couple of people within the company that were slightly frustrating but not nearly enough to put me off working for them. If this new job doesn't work out, best believe I will go back to Dane Street in a heartbeat!
