Definitely felt a closeness between all the employees. Does feel like everyone is a part of one big Danzer family.

Not necessarily the best location that I worked at.

The people you work with are good people for the most part .

Upper Management SUCKS they talk about there employees behind there back and make fun of peoples situations, Pick favorites . The whole place is a sweat shop covered in Mold and grime. The Vats where the logs are soaked are caked with mold because they refuse to clean them . They cut cost wherever they can and make people do the job of two at the pay rate of one . !not to mention the 100 spots where the roof leaks and parts of the plant floods when it rains. Walking in this place speaks for itself !
