good culture Great people to work with Safe to fail fast and learn fast, teams are ready to guide you when you are lost [there isn't really a stupid question]. Team is united, especially when assigned to a client, you never work alone, they can pull overtime for your sake.
Cons
Not much, don't receive bonuses sometimes when the financial year is bad. sometimes bias team leads can affect your promotion
