Pros
Great benefits but decreasing each year. It is wonderful to work for a local farmer owned business.
Cons
Very poor leadership at the highest levels in the organization. Many business decisions seem to be made in the HR department. Untruthful culture. I have seen numerous combative situations. Leaders communicate very poorly. The new leadership, since 2008, is very weak. Very opinionated but clueless.
