-Unorganized
-Will make you work obscene amount of hours with no help. If you’re a good worker you’re rewarded with more work and less support
-Management is abusive towards staff
-Machines always break down
-Not given the breaks you need and if you try to take a break you’ll fall behind on production and get chewed out for it
-Short staffed and will make you work double shifts
-Can’t move up because turn over rate is so high
-No work life balance
-If you try to report to higher levels of management they’ll make your life worse so that you quit
-Training is inadequate
-When upper management from Seattle HQ visits they slow down production to make it seem like everything is running smoothly
-Nepotism
-Don’t let the reviews fool you. This is a terrible place to work
