Every system implementation that Darigold does is executed fairly badly and the worst thing is the company doesn’t do any root cause analyses to learn from all the problems. The cloud ERP system is a prime example, and what’s worst is that people involved know that there are issue but are too scared to call them out. The external consultants on this project have way too much power over project management who is in thrall to them. As a result systems are going live with serious problems resulting in time consuming work arounds that are required. They moved to unlimited PTO which everyone outside of HR & the C suite doesn’t like.
