Pros
I had zero teaching experience and it was a foot in the door. I moved on to another school after a year. Beautiful region of NY/Berkshires.
Cons
The pay is extremely low and you work all the time compared even to other triple threat boarding schools. I went from making from in the 25k range to mid 40k by switching schools. Dorm duty is way too much. Faculty house and dorms are in poor condition.
