Inexperienced Attorneys and Bad culture - Partner DarrowEverett Employee Review

We are sorry to hear that your experience at DarrowEverett has not been a good one. Can you share your culture concerns with us? We are proud of the culture we have built, where we annually have our whole firm participate in a retreat to a fun or relaxing locale. Last year it was Foxwoods (Connecticut), two years ago it was Stratton (Vermont), and we are planning for a new venue this year. We also take steps to communicate openly with our team to convey expectations, and we also are proud of our attorney compensation structure, where we give high value to attorneys who bring in new clients. We would respectfully disagree with your assertion that we have inexperienced attorneys. Anyone who takes a look at the sophisticated work that we are doing for clients understands that we need experienced attorneys to handle the work well, and we do.
