      Very cheap health insurance and good benefits

      Cons

      low pay and very hot and humid work place in the summer time. Very short staffed you are forced to work weekend and not given a heads up ahead of time before you make plans.

      Clean environment and good benefits

      Micromanaging everything you do redundancy galore rules that make zero sense safety is great but taken to an extreme measure so much so that it wears on your mental health
