The stress is what you make it: you won't be able to implement a solve to a problem until they allow it, so your ability to accept that or not will determine your stress level.
Cons
Management is inexperienced, and budgets are tight for minor projects while multiple failed major projects gum up production. High salaried turn over rate through HR related terminations-employee relations is prioritized to an unrealistic level where the employees are "inmates running the asylum".
