The culture of Dart Engineering group is excellent. People are friendly and respectful. The Paper Engineering group is growing at Dart, which offers exciting opportunities to add value (the dream of every engineer in manufacturing). The opportunity to own and share with Dart the legacy Solo and Sweetheart paper products makes the group a valued asset. We get to work with engineers who share a passion for the work.
Cons
It's a big company and highly departmentalized, so you have to dialog with multiple people to find out who to contact to get a job done. But luckily it's not political, so once you connect, you can get the resources you need.
