- Cutting edge technologies. - Very talented employees. Someone within the company always have answers for your technical questions. - Rather quickly growing company even 25 years after its creation. Head management seems to have been making the right decisions. - Possibility to evolve within the company. - Good package. - Competitive salary (at the beginning).
Cons
- Low salary increase - Even if the directors make the rigt decisions, they hardly communicate on them. Employees get only a vague idea of the objectives. Moreover, priorities often change and some project are being dropped wihout any previous notice. - Very bad communication with HR. They do their job OK, but reaching or asking for something non conventional is just a nightmare.
