Don't take this Helpdesk Analyst job at any cost. They call this position 'Helpdesk Analyst' but you will be given network engineer and technical writer level work. Your day will consist of looking at some paperwork and providing documentation for it or creating reference documentation for yourself. You might get 2-4 support calls a day. You will be constantly overburdened with work and expected to complete it in tight schedule. Absolutely no training will be provided, they will treat you like you been working there from last 15-20 years. You will be constantly roasted and humiliated if you can't do the work asked and you will be compared to other employee who has been working there from last 20 years. The toxic work culture at this place will give you constant stress everyday. All this stress, roasting, humiliation, overexpectation, lack of training, lack of management, lack of communication comes with extremely low salary. Buen ambiente de trabajo y colaboración real entre backend, QA y producto. Se valora la autonomía y el ownership; hay retos técnicos interesantes (APIs, integraciones, performance) y espacio para proponer mejoras. Buena flexibilidad para organizar el trabajo y comunicación respetuosa en el día a día.

Cons

Como contratista, a veces faltan claridad de prioridades y contexto del roadmap. Documentación técnica y de negocio incompleta en algunas áreas, lo que hace más lento el onboarding. Dependencias entre equipos pueden generar retrasos y cambios de alcance a última hora.
